North Webster Boy Scout Troop 726 Annual Haunted House

The North Webster Boy Scout Troop 726 wants to scare you with their annual haunted house fundraising event. This year's theme is “Fear”.

Every room has different fears for you and all your friends to face. This will take place at the Mermaid Festival grounds in North Webster from 7pm till 10pm on October 19, 20, 26, and 27th.

You’re Not Alone Conference

Chautauqua-Wawasee will host the You’re Not Alone mini conference on Saturday, October 20th at the Oakwood Events Center in Syracuse from 8:00 am to Noon.  Do you struggle with addiction?  You’re not alone.  Have you lost a loved one to overdose?  You’re not alone.  If you feel you don’t understand addiction, you’re not alone.  This mini conference can help you get the answers you are looking for.  General admission is $20.00 per person. Syracuse Community Center Indoor Garage Sale

The Syracuse Community Center will host an indoor garage sale on Saturday, October 20th from 9am-2:00pm.  Over 30 vendors will fill the gymnasium at this popular community indoor garage sale. For more information, call the Syracuse Community Center at 574-457-3440.

MPL Friends Rummage Sale

The Friends of the Milford Public Library will have a rummage sale on Friday, October 19 from 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday, October 20 from 8 am to 3 pm. The sale will be at Harvest with a Heart at 201 S. Higbee St. Proceeds benefit the library.

Camp Mack Fall Nut and Tree Identification Walk Get-A-Way Day

Camp Mack will host Fall Nut and Tree Identification Walk Get-A-Way Day. If you’ve ever dreamed about chestnuts roasting over an open fire, come along for a day of nut and tree identification. The date is October 21st 2 to 4 pm.

Brook Pointe Fall Festival

Brook Pointe Resort in Syracuse will host their Annual Fall Festival on Saturday, October 20th from 10am-7pm. There will be vendors selling their wares, food for lunch, snacks, or dinner. Activities for the whole family including bounce houses, zip-line, illusionist, balloon animals, face painting, and much more.  No admission fee is required. 

Brook Point Resort Car Show

Brook Point Resort in Syracuse will host a car show on Saturday, October 20th to raise money for the trail sidewalk project that is connecting safe walking trails around Syracuse and Lake Wawasee. Bobby Bones Comedy Hour

Chautauqua-Wawasee will host the Bobby Bones Comedy Hour on Friday, October 19th at the Oakwood Events Center in Syracuse.  Doors open at 6:30 pm and the show starts at 7:00 pm.  Bobby Bones will use comedy to share his story of how addiction touched his family.  Tickets are available at Eventbrite.com or chqw.org.

WHS Choir Fish Fry Fundraiser

The Wawasee High School Choral Department will host a Dan’s All-You-Can-Eat Fish and Tenderloin Fry and a bake sale on Friday, October 12 from 4 to 7 pm in the Wawasee High School cafeteria. Carry out will be available. The choirs will present spooktacular karaoke performances during the fish fry. Tickets are $10 for adults and $6 for children at the door.

Free Community Dinner
