SCC Yoga Kids Programs

Yoga is for everyone! For kids it can help build strength, flexibility, balance and motor skills. Children ages 3-6 will do fun and gentle yoga stretches followed by a wellness activity and craft. Participants can register at the Syracuse Community Center. Fees are required to participate.
