Welcome to Wawasee Community Schools online registration.  You will be able to complete the entire registration process by using this site and your student's Harmony Web Portal.  All school consent forms and online payment will be available through the Harmony Web Portal.  All other school information will be found in the Registration Documents manager at this site.

*IF YOU HAVE OUTSTANDING OBLIGATIONS TO THE SCHOOL CORPORATION  YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER ONLINE. YOU WILL HAVE TO COME IN TO THE SCHOOL FOR REGULAR REGISTRATION.

To begin the registration process, you must have a Harmony WebID and password.  If you do not have one, you can request one by filling out the form on this site.  If you have forgotten your login information, you need to contact the office of the school your child will attend this fall or click on the link to Request a Harmony WebID.  The Harmony WebID will be e-mailed to you.  School office hours and contact information can be found by clicking on the link at the left hand side of this page.  Registration questions may be e-mailed to the office contact e-mail address listed on the contact page.

If you are new to our school corporation you may begin the enrollment process online.  For High School students please contact the guidance office (574-457-3147 ext. 220) to make an appointment to offically enroll.Click here to Begin.

RETURNING STUDENTS GET REGISTERED IN A 3 STEP PROCESS

1. Click on the Registration Documents link to the left and find the documents you need for your student under the appropriate school.  Read and/or download the documents you need.  If you have health forms, free/reduced applications, or other forms to complete for your student, you can print those to complete to turn in to your school.

2. Make sure you have a Harmony Web Portal ID and click on the link on the left of this page.  If you do not, click on the Request a Harmony WebID and one will be e-mailed to you.  Select the school link for your student's school and login in.  Instructions will be found on the main page in the web portal.  High School schedules will be available beginning August 6, 2012.  

3. Gather any forms you have completed that were not done online (Free/Reduced Apps, Health Forms, Sports Forms, etc.) and bring them along with your fee payments and lunch deposits to the school.  High school fees will be billed at a later date.  This can be done during the normal registration days or regular office hours.  You can also mail these forms to the appropriate school.  Addresses are found in the School Office Hours/Contact Information link to the left.

ALL THREE STEPS NEED TO BE COMPLETED BY THE LAST DAY OF REGISTRATION

Registration Dates and Times:

Syracuse, North Webster, and Milford Schools: Thursday, August 2nd and Monday, August 6th. (both days from noon to 7 p.m.)

Wawasee Middle and Wawasee High School: Monday, August 6th and Tuesday, August 7th. (both days from noon to 7 p.m.)
