The Milford Public Library will host it's popular Lights Out at the Library event on Halloween, Saturday, October 31st.  This year's theme is, "Have A Graphic Novel Halloween!"  Tours through the library will be held from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.  This program is open to all ages.
