Join the Milford Public Library for a Balance and Stability Program, presented by Tami Pavel, Certified Personal Trainer at Lakeside Fitness, as part of the Adult Reading Program. Everyone is invited to attend. Ms. Pavel will be presenting the program in the meeting room on February 29th at 6:30pm.
