Everyone experiences stress in their lives. Learning how to deal with stress and minimize its effects on your health is very important for a better quality of life. Join the Milford Public Library on Monday, March 28th at 6:30pm for a 1-hour program about stress, how it impacts your health, and ways to relax. The presentation will be in the library’s meeting room. Jackie Franks, MPH, Kosciusko County’s new Health and Human Sciences Extension Educator with Purdue University will be the presenter. If you would like to attend the program, there is a sign-up sheet at the adult circulation desk.
