Syracuse 4th of July Activities

Here are the events scheduled for the 4th of July holiday weekend in Syracuse.  Saturday, July 2nd, the WACF Bug Catch will start at 9 am at the WACF Education Center, the Artisans & Farmers Market will be from 9 am to 2 pm at Veteran’s Memorial Park at Crosson Mill, the Turkey Creek Fire Department will sell pork chops and chicken starting at 10 am, and the fireworks over Lake Wawasee will be at dusk.  Sunday, July 3rd, Boat-In Worship on Lake Wawasee and Oakwood Resort will start at 8:30 am, and the Flotilla Parade will start at 1:30 pm on Lake Wawasee.  Monday, July 4th, the Flotilla Road Race will start at 8 am at Syracuse Lakeside Park, several events throughout the day will take place at Lakeside Park including the Lakes Area Community Band performing at 7:30 pm and the fireworks at dusk with synchronized music on Warrior Radio 93.7 FM.  Saturday, July 9th is the Tour Des Lakes Bike Ride starting at the Syracuse Community Center at 7 am.
