ALL WELDING, BUILDING TRADES, and MARINE MECHANICS morning students need to report to Door 17 by 7:50 AM to ride the bus to your class. HAVE A GREAT DAY!

Students who plan on driving to school and parking on school property must purchase a NEW parking tag for $10.00. The previous year's tag will be invalid. If you are planning to receive your license within the school year, plan to purchase your tag by October 1st. After this date, parking tags will be $20.00.


The World Ranked Wawasee Robotics Team will be holding a call out meeting for the 2019-2020 season Thursday, August 22nd @ Wawasee High School second floor in room A205 for parents and students grades 7-12. Open house begins at 4:00pm. Informational meeting begins at 5:30pm.

Key Club will be holding a call out meeting on Thursday, August 22nd, 2019 at 3:15 pm in Mrs. McKinney's room (A109).

Key Club is an international student-led organization which provides its members with opportunities to provide service, build character and develop leadership.

Drama Club Call Out Meeting! If you are interested in joining Drama Club come to Mrs. Bonner's room (A108) after school on Wednesday, August 28th. We will discuss things we do and our NYC trip that is next year! Everyone is welcome...not just actors. If you like the arts you'll love it!

93.7 FM The Mix & CPG-TV is looking for students to work our Football, Boys & Girls home Basketball games. You don’t have to be in the Radio/TV Class to participate. Please stop by the studio’s and talk to Mr. Van Lue or Mr. Huffman.

Are you a student at Wawasee High School? Then we want YOU for the Flag Football Team!! You do not have to be a star athlete! We meet only 3 times a week for most of the season and after school practices are only 1 hour long! Unified Flag Football is a collaboration between the IHSAA and the Special Olympics designed to create a more inclusive community at WHS through a fun and active team experience. If you are interested in joining the team please contact Mr Wilson ( or stop by Mr Shipley's room B107 before or after school. Practices have already started but we are always looking for more teammates!!

The first home volleyball match is tomorrow. All three teams are in action with the freshmen starting at 9am. The first 48 students in the gym will receive a free donut at the concession stand. See you there!

Any girl interested in playing basketball should attend a call-out meeting on Tuesday, Aug 20th before school. The meeting will take place in Coach Carpenter's Room (B214) and will start at 7:30am.

Sports Schedule:

The Varsity Football team will scrimmage Mishawaka Marian tonight at Warrior Field. The scrimmage starts at 7:00 pm.

Events for Tomorrow:

The Freshmen, JV & Varsity Volleyball teams will host Bremen. The Freshmen will serve it up at 9:00 am with the JV and Varsity to follow.

The Boys and Girls Soccer teams will host a Jamboree with NorthWood, Columbia City and Manchester. The Jamboree will start at 10:00 am.

The Girls Golf team will host the Wawasee Invite at South Shore Golf Course. Tee time is 8:00 am.
