Freshmen - if you owe a balance on your class ring - Jostens will be here tomorrow, Dec. 17th during Warrior Time in the Auditorium Surge Area for you to pay your balance and pick up your ring.
Senior's - Josten's will be here tomorrow, Dec. 17th from 10:15 until noon in the Auditorium Surge Area if you have not ordered your cap/gown/stoll and tassel yet this is the day to do it before the price goes up. There are ordering form in the main office.

The Music Department will present their annual Christmas Concert (Band, Orchestra, Choirs) tomorrow at 7:00 pm in the Auditorium.
Musical Audition Information:
If you are interested in trying out for Beauty and the Beast, we will have an audition process that takes place the last four days before Christmas break. Plan to at least stop in Today, December 16th after school in the library to get all the information! At the meeting, we will show you what is required of the cast and give out the calendar and go over paperwork. You will also learn the songs to sing for the audition at this meeting. Join us! It's a great first musical to be in!

Wawasee Iron Pride took it down to the wire at the Region Robotics Rumble Robotics Tournament Saturday in Portage. The day was not a disappointment as 3 teams brought home trophies. 574F (rank 31, 2-3-1) and 574H (rank 46, 1-5-0) fought hard in the qualification rounds. 574A (rank 17, 4-2-0) was an alliance captain, choosing 1233X from Crown Point for the elimination rounds, competing together in the round of 16. 574C (Evan Rassi, Evan Brower, and Taylor Fiedeke, rank 9, 5-1-0) drove all the way to the final match taking down 574D (Noah Beckner, Nathan Smith, Jack Collins, and Wesley Hays, rank 5, 5-1-0) in a low-scoring and highly defensive match (34-9), to win the tournament champion trophy with their alliance partner, 2567K, from Portage. 574D brought home the Robot skills trophy with a team best score of 103, ranking them 4th in the state and 27th in the world for skills. 574A (Allison Stookey, Andrea Mickley, and Sydni Ewing) brought home the judges award, impressing the judges with their team interview skills.
There will be a callout meeting for all girls interested in playing Softball TODAY. The meeting will run from 3:45 to 4:30 in the Lecture Room.
Our home basketball game against Warsaw this upcoming Saturday, December 21st is a special night! It is our Fight Against Cancer Night! The Wawasee and Warsaw Girls Basketball High School Teams are raising money for a Wawasee Teacher/Coach and Warsaw student that are both battling this awful disease right now. ALL proceeds will go to these 2 individuals and their families. Please support this important cause by 1) attending the game and considering donating while there and 2) purchase a t-shirt for $15 to support the cause and wear to the game in support. All Girls Basketball Players will be taking t-shirt orders this week and if you are a WHS student, shirts will also be available for purchase during the Lunch Hour in the cafeteria. All checks should be made payable to "Wawasee Athletics."
The Boys JV and Varsity Basketball teams defeated Whitko. JV 64-39 Varsity 63-53
The Girls Varsity and JV Basketball teams lost to Goshen. Varsity 18-36. Becca Smith scored 6 points and 4 rebounds, Kennedy White scored 3 points 6 rebounds and 1 block and Tate Cowan scored 3 points. JV 18-27 with Amari Peete and Tate Cowan 5pts, and Lindsay Doss 5 rebounds and 4 steals.
The JV Wrestling team traveled to Goshen Saturday for the Goshen Invite. The following individuals placed: 1st Eleazar Vazquez, 2nd Nico Ramirez, 3rd Braxton Mast, 4th Kegan Herbst, 5th Landen Dilley.
