Attention All Sophomore Girls:

The N.E.W. Conference is coming up on Thursday, November 14th. If your interested in attending please sign up in the CTE Office by THIS THURSDAY. If you have any questions please contact Mrs. Christner or Mr. Everingham in the CTE Office.

Foreign Language Cookie Dough will arrive on Friday the 25th. It will be available for pick up in your language classroom right after school. If you have sold a lot, it is typically hard to transport home on the bus. Please make needed arrangements. We have confirmation that it will arrive and have spoken to the delivery company.

Wawasee Marching Warrior Pride’s season came to an end Saturday in ISSMA Regional competition at Chesterton High School. Students and staff invites everyone to come out to the football field tonight at 6:30pm to see their show “The Grinch Rewrapped”. There is no admission fee.

6th through 12th grade Wawasee students, Rock Solid Teen Center is available after school on Thursday’s until 6:30 pm. The meeting place is the Wawasee Heights Baptist Church, across the street from the high school. Snacks, a meal, fun activities, a short devotion and help with homework will be available.

All girls interested in playing basketball this year: Tryouts begin continue this week at 3:15pm. Players need to have an athletic physical on file as well as have the athletic packet of forms turned in order to tryout. Please see the Athletic Dept or Coach Carpenter (room B214) if you have any questions

In Sports:

The Varsity Volleyball team lost to NorthWood Thursday in IHSAA Sectional #21 0-3 ending their season. Emma Dippon had 7 kills, Liz Kleopfer had 12 assists, Leslie Vazquez had 1 block, Kai Jamora had 5 digs and Aundreya Wegener had 4 digs. Great season ladies!

The Freshmen Football team defeated DeKalb Thursday 13-7.

The Varsity Football team defeated Goshen Friday 28-23. The WarHawk Trophy is in the possession of the Warriors!

The JV Football team won at home against Goshen 14-0 Saturday. Jacob Meek connected with Lucas Ringler for two touchdown passes. Dom Blair was the workhorse who ran efficiently down the field at the running back position and the defense ended the season with a shutout performance at home.

Members of the Boys and Girls Cross Country teams competed in IHSAA Regional action at OxBo Park Saturday. Karlson Hand came in 15th, Michael Hammer 21st, Jace Alexander 66th and Cam Powell 70th. Karlson and Michael advance to Semi-State. Emma Ebright finished 32nd and Cammy Kryder 40th.
