Through this Friday, January 8th, we will be Virtual-Only. Pathways blocked CTE classes will still meet in-person. In-season athletics and extracurricular activities will continue. If internet access is an issue, students may ride the bus to and from school all week. We encourage students with limited, or no, internet access to attend the school where you can work from the cafeteria.

This Friday is Midterm for Trimester 2. Athletes and Extra Curricular students, if you have questions about your current grades for eligibility, please contact your teachers.
Monday, January 11th from 3:17PM - 7:00PM, Parent Teacher Conferences will take place virtually. Your parents/guardians have been sent information on these upcoming conferences. Reach out to your teachers if you have any questions.
Clothes For Classmates
National Honors Society will be collecting clothing donations for WHS’ Clothing Closet. This closet helps our fellow classmates in need!
Starting Next Week, there will be drop off areas around the front office where donations can be left. Help the Wawasee community by donating to Clothes For Classmates!
Auditions for the spring play, CLUE will take place after school on Thursday, January 28th in the auditorium. Students are asked to perform a one-minute monologue from the show. Mrs. Bonner will have sample monologues to choose from and they are available in the drama club google classroom. Email Mrs. Bonner to join the classroom if you are interested.
The Boys’ & Girls’ JV & Varsity Basketball teams traveled to Central Noble. The Girls’ JV team lost 32-37. Kaydence Shepherd led with 9 points. The Varsity team also lost 33-55. Becca Smith led with 11 points. The Boys’ JV team lost 36-38 in overtime. Ty Brooks led with 10 points. The Varsity team fell to the Cougars 21-56. Grant Brooks led with 6 points.
The Co-ed Swim & Dive teams both fell to Northridge. Taking first is the Boys’ 200 Medley team of Nate Harper, Karlson Hand, Nate Kryder, and Joshua Metcalf. Joshua Metcalf in the 50 Free, and Nate Kryder in the 200 Free.
The Boys’ C Basketball team will host East Noble. Tip off is at 6:00 pm.
