Today during your lunch period, an admissions counselor will be here from Grace College. They will be located outside of the cafeteria, stop in and see what Grace has to offer!


The main office has the Guest Registration Forms for the WHS Semi Formal Dance. A guest is someone who is NOT registered as a student at WHS. Forms need to be returned to the main office by Nov. 13 with the proper documentation and picture ID.

Anyone interested in being a part of the Science Academic Super Bowl team this year should plan to attend a meeting in Mrs. Holsopple's room (A202) this Friday, Nov. 1, at 7:30 am.


This Friday, Nov 1st is the date for the Wawasee High School Blood Drive. Any 17 and 18 year old can sign up at lunch or in the main office. Sixteen year olds can also donate blood but they need their parent's permission. Permission slips are available in the main office and should be returned TODAY. Please donate blood if you can. It could save someone’s life!

Requirements for participation are as follows:

You should be healthy and feel well on the day of donation

Be at least 17 years old, 16 year olds can participate with parent permission (consent forms are in the main office)

Bring a form of identification with you

You must weigh at least 110 pounds

It is important that you don't skip any meals and drink extra water prior to your donation time. If you can, two days prior, try to add in some foods that are high in iron (green leafy vegetables, red meat, fish, eggs)

What to expect at your donation:

Sign in and read information

Red Cross staff will check your blood pressure, iron level, pulse, and temperature

They will clean your arm and begin the donation process which takes 8-10 minutes

Enjoy juice and cookies afterward

6th through 12th grade Wawasee students, Rock Solid Teen Center is available after school on Thursday’s until 6:30 pm. The meeting place is the Wawasee Heights Baptist Church, across the street from the high school. Snacks, a meal, fun activities, a short devotion and help with homework will be available.


Girls interested in throwing shot or disc this spring should come to a meeting at 3:15 TODAY in Coach Walesa's room (B213). If you are currently in a sport, please email Walesa at twalesa@wawasee.k12.in.us or stop in her room.
